Carrington Wests Town Planning recruitment team are recruiting for Development Management Planners to join our Local Authority clients in the Leicestershire area.

Our clients are looking for DM Officers, Senior Officers, Principal Officer and a Team Leader and are offering strong rates and flexible working.

The Roles

• Development Management Team Leader – Managing a team of planners whilst dealing with your own small caseload of complex applications – rolling contract - £50 p/h Inside IR35   
• Principal Development Management Officer -  Managing a caseload of Major applications and mentoring more junior planners in the team – rolling contract - £40 p/h Inside IR35
• Senior Development Management Officer – Managing a mixed caseload of complex major and small major planning applications – rolling contract - £35 p/h Inside IR35

• Development Management Officer – Managing a caseload of minor and householder planning applications – rolling contract - £30-£33 p/h inside IR35
