Graduate Planner - Cheshire

Have you recently completed a Town Planning degree accredited with the RTPI?

Are you based in the Cheshire area or willing to relocate to the North West?

Do you have a sound understanding of planning procedures and land promotion?

We are recruiting for a National Land promoter who is looking to appoint a Graduate Planner in their North West offices.

Requirements:

- Educated to degree level in Town Planning or associated subject accredited with the RTPI

- Understanding of strategic land development for residential projects

- Full UK driving licence

- Flexible approach to working

- Committed to professional development through your MRTPI

The role:

- Work alongside Senior Planners to secure sites for residential developments

- Preparation of planning applications & statements

- Undertake site visits

- Site research
