Carrington West’s Town dedicated Town Planning recruitment team are assisting one of our Norfolk based clients with their search for both a Senior and a Principal Development Management Officer to join their growing team.  

The Roles

The Senior Planner position will be processing a mixed and varied caseload of planning applications including minors and majors whereas the Principal planner will be dealing with a caseload of major applications whilst mentoring more junior staff members. 

The company are a market leading consultancy who work with various private and public sector partners across the UK and they offer unrivalled progression routes within the organisation. 

Experience    

·Degree level qualification in a Planning related subject 
·MRTPI status
·An ability to problem solve, manage and deliver 
·An ability to work as part of a team and mentor others 
·Significant experience of processing both major and minor Planning applications

Salary

Senior - £30 to £35 p/h OUTSIDE IR35
Principal - £35 to £44 p/h OUTSIDE IR35
