Job Details
One of the Councils in the North West we work with are currently seeking planning enforcement support due to an increased work load. You will be expected to hit the ground running with a caseload of your own.
The Role:
- Drafting enforcement reports
- Investigative work
- Acting as the Council's witness in court proceedings, public inquiries and hearings Recommending enforcement action
- Advising other members of the Team/the Service on planning/enforcement matters
You will have at least 2 years of planning enforcement experience within local authority. You will need to be a good communicator, with an outgoing personality and experience working with a broad range of customers and planning professionals to interpret legislation, and resolve disputes and complaints in a timely manner.
