Have you completed a degree in Land Management?
Are you located in the North East?
Do you have an understanding of Town Planning principles in association with property and land development?
We are seeking a Graduate Land Manager ion Northumberland to join a Property Investment & Development company.
Requirements:
- Degree educated in Land Management
- Have a strong understanding of Town Planning applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
You will join the existing set up in Northumberland and be responsible for managing a portfolio of Land development projects across the North East. The role will see you liaise with internal and external parties for the successful development of investment and property portfolios.
The role will offer you a competitive starting salary in addition with excellent company benefits to match your relevant understanding of the role and previous Land Management experience.
