My client is an Award Winning Planning Consultancy with a very well established and respected name in the Planning & Design sector. The Role

The successful candidate will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, project managing and co-ordinating the planning applications from the initial masterplan input right through to completion stages. As Associate you will be working on a range of projects throughout London from large strategic Greenfield developments to small scale residential schemes. You will be undertaking in site appraisals, providing advice on current planning policy issues and acting as expert representation at public hearings and enquiries. You will direct and manage the production of project documents, supporting written reports, Section 106 and CIL negotiations to the highest standard in accordance with project timescales.

The Person

As an RTPI chartered Town Planner you will be commercially minded and capable of running large scale projects across urban and mixed use schemes with the ability to generate a varied client base across a range of sectors. Experience of managing a team would be desirable but not essential and a Senior Planner looking for their next step up will also be considered. In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £65,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive flexible benefits
