Are you a Graduate Planner looking to start your career in Town Planning? Have some experience but need to move roles to continue your upward progression?

A leading estate in the heart of London is looking for a junior Planner to come on board and work on a range of development proposals across their portfolio. From day one, you will be assisting a Director on Planning applications and policy and site history for particular areas in Central London.

You will also be expected to work very closely with Planning officers, both DM and Policy, to understand any policy changes that are emerging in the local Plans that could have a bearing on future development, while also liaising with stakeholders in order to promote positive development, in alignment with the Planning strategy for the Estate.

You will have a Planning related degree and be looking to press on with your RTPI APC. You should have some experience either post degree or a placement during your qualification. On top of this you will be motivated to work in a fast paced organisation and be eager to work on a mixture of complex and urban projects.

I am a specialist recruiter of Town Planning professionals and am constantly working on a number of roles. If this role doesn’t sound of interest but you are open to a conversation, please contact me (Antony) on 020 7318 5851 or send your CV to
