We are looking to recruit a Major Projects Manager who holds a degree or equivalent in Town Planning and a range of experience in development management and planning. You should be a dynamic problem solver who can lead, co-ordinate and negotiate on major planning proposals, legal agreements and appeals.
A proven track record of delivering quality major developments is desirable.
This post pays up to £55,808 and is eligible for high performance increments. These additional increments are awarded for work that has added significant value and is exceptional. The high performance increments cannot be considered as part of the normal pay progression.
