  4. You are in a high-tech town with regional class leisure facilities, offering everything from indoor skydiving to stand-up comedy?
  5. There are lots of challenges and opportunities?

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council are seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive person, with a real customer focus, to join our Planning Compliance and Enforcement Team.

Working at a senior level within the Planning Compliance and Enforcement Team you will play a key role in delivering an effective development management and enforcement service covering all unauthorised developments relating to the Planning Acts and for ensuring that development is carried out in accordance with approved plans.

You will be responsible for managing complex compliance and enforcement cases, planning applications and appeals related to, or as a result of, enforcement investigations.  You will also need to be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, a good team player, with excellent communication and customer focus skills.
