Planning Manager / Head of Planning
Persimmon Homes South East has a vacancy for a Planning Manager to join their successful and growing land and planning team. This role will be based in the regional office in Maidstone.

As a Planning Manager with Persimmon Homes you will manage a small yet busy planning team, handling a varied range of planning applications for both strategic and immediate sites, of varying scales and complexity. The role offers a broad area of responsibility for all areas of the development process including planning policy and promotional work along with detailed development management and delivery. You will report to the Regional Land and Planning Director and the Managing Director.

Someone who has initiative, is committed and commercially minded. The successful applicant will have a Degree / Masters Planning Degree with RTPI accreditation and a rounded knowledge of planning either from a house-builder, planning consultancy or local authority. It’s essential that you have developed management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
