Divisional Partner (Planning) - Mayfair - £75k-£90k + Benefits

One of the UK's leading players in the property market have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director to join their flagship London offices. They have a track record of delivering numerous major development schemes across the capital with an emphasis on Residential, Commercial and Rural projects.

The Divisional Partner position has arisen due to expansion and overall success of the organisation, in particular the planning and development function. You will need to be ambitious, motivated and keen to take on extra responsibility whilst taking on an active part on key projects. The successful Divisional Partner will provide exceptional advice on a range of planning topics to a variety of clients, therefore strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have a fantastic working knowledge of all local planning legislations and a strong background in the delivery of projects across London.

Our client works across a wide range of planning sectors, therefore they will have the capacity to develop your career both in the short and long term. Working in conjunction with Senior Directors, the Divisional Partner will attend client meeting and presentations and will also play a part in business development.

To apply, the successful Divisional Partner will be a full RTPI member with other accreditations being beneficial. Ideally, you will have over 8 years' previous planning experience within consultancy, covering all aspects of the planning process along with experience in mentoring, supporting and developing junior members of the planning team.

In return, the successful Divisional Partner will receive a market leading base salary with an extensive benefits package including a bonus scheme.
