We are looking to recruit an experienced consultant to continue to strengthen our market leading Town Planning service. We have an established Town Planning offering predominately focused on the private sector, which is one of Beach Baker’s core markets when the firm was originally established almost ten years ago. The opportunity available is to be directly involved in the recruitment of Town Planners from Graduate to Senior Director level. Our client base includes global and independent consultancies, developers, property companies, corporates and public sector organisations.

Working with an Associate Director of Town Planning with over ten years’ experience in the market, we are looking to recruit an individual that can further develop the business throughout the London region. There is an excellent client and candidate base which gives an appealing opportunity to someone who can build on these existing relationships and develop new ones. You should be organised, focused and comfortable interviewing senior candidates often being able to secure exclusivity. We seek a strong team player with the motivation to also work independently, managing your own desk.

Experience of the Town Planning market is advantageous but not essential as full market training will be given. Candidates will need to have a minimum of four years’ recruitment experience for this role within a professional sector.
