With a range of work including mixed-use, commercial and residential schemes across boroughs such as Camden, Westminster RBKC, Islington and Southwark, you will be challenged on some high profile developments while working on a strategic level with the GLA and London authorities.
With around 5 year’s experience, you should have consultancy experience and be a member of the RTPI and feel comfortable managing your own projects and clients from inception through to completion. You will have junior Planners supporting you from the outset and have to carefully manage multidisciplinary teams at the same time, while constantly being aware of the clients budget constraints and views on the project outcome.
Clients include major investors, private developers and FTSE 100 companies who are all looking to redevelop or regenerate areas across London while also maximise profitability of their property portfolio.
