Feel you are ready to make the step to Associate Director of simply not being rewarded and trusted enough in your current role and feel a move may be the best option to continue your progression?

As the closing financial accounts look increasingly positive, a major planning consultancy is looking to kick on from the positive start to 2017 with the addition of an Associate Director who can not only lead on major projects but also step up to Directorship in the near future and take responsibility for the team. With experience working in a Planning consultancy in a senior role, you will be tasked with business generation and the management of key clients and their developments across the South East.

If you have a range of experience working across several sectors, this could be an ideal move for you as the consultancy works with a range of clients and strives to have a team of well-rounded Planners who are comfortable with all major schemes.

On a daily basis you will be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams on a range of issues, preparing and submitting major applications and actively pursuing new business opportunities to continue the successful growth of the company. As an MRTPI Planner, you will have an excellent knowledge of the UK planning system as well as being able to present an argument both written and verbally.

The client is renowned for their ability to push their employees and help them grow within as well as offering some of the best salary packages in the market. Their client base is an eclectic mix of local authorities, government bodies, private developers and major housebuilders across the UK and they strive to offer a mix of work to all employees.

I am a specialist recruiter of Planning professionals and am constantly working on a number of roles. If this role doesn’t sound of interest but you are open to a conversation, please contact me (Antony) on 020 7318 5851 or send your CV to
