MRPTI Senior Town Planner - Cambridge - Planning Consultancy

£28,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Company Car

One of Cambridgeshire's leading planning consultancies are pleased to announce that they are looking to appoint an MRTPI Senior Town Planner due to a recent surge of planning projects.

Based in the heart of Cambridge, the Senior Town Planner will be joining an established planning consultancy who work across the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia areas. The company offers a range of planning services including the entire planning application and appeals processes. Due to organic growth, they require a Senior Town Planner to join the team to work closely with the Planning Director on several major planning schemes. The Senior Town Planner will oversee the Town Planners' workload whilst acting as a mentor to the junior planners of the team.

My client is a specialist within the Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use planning sectors and as such they are seeking a candidate with experience within this field. The Senior Town Planner will hold full MRTPI membership and have a minimum of 3 years' planning experience - ideally within the private sector although exceptional local authority candidates will also be considered. The Senior Planner will work closely with renowned clients in Cambridgeshire, therefore you will need to be confident, resilient and hold strong communication skills.

In return, the Senior Town Planner will receive an excellent salary of up to £40,000. On top of this will be a quarterly bonus scheme, £4k company car, private healthcare and a range of other benefits such as their popular cycle to work scheme.
