Salary: £30,011 - £33,661

Nottingham has over thirty conservation areas and more than a thousand listed buildings as well as a number of scheduled ancient monuments and registered parks and gardens.

Are you creative in the reuse of buildings and experienced in stimulating regeneration through heritage assets? Can you communicate effectively to develop with partners a single corporate view in enhancing, adapting and effectively reusing the city’s heritage? If so, then an exciting job awaits your invaluable skills and knowledge. You will of course also be experienced in advising on planning, conservation and listed building applications with a thorough knowledge of conservation and heritage law. You will also be experienced in producing bids for grant aid and in preparing conservation plans and appraisals. (CD52425).
