You will take the lead in managing and delivering the Council’s

Planning Enforcement Service. Your team has a varied remit, from enforcement policy development to complaint management and s106 monitoring. You’ll play a hands-on role in managing investigations while working closely with colleagues and partner agencies on enforcement activity. 

You’ll come to us as a qualified planner with significant development management and enforcement experience at a senior level, including dealing with major enforcement cases, planning applications, and appeals as well as negotiating complex S106 agreements. A member of the Royal Town Planning Institute or equivalent, you will have a demonstrable flair for communication and negotiation. 

£29,236 - £39,855 pa
