Multidisciplinary consultant WYG has promoted town planner Tim Holden from divisional director to head of UK region to handle an upswing in infrastructure projects.
Associate director Jonathan Welsh told Planning: “A combination of national policy and the improving economy seems to be working in favour of infrastructure.”
Holden said growing optimism marked most of the sectors covered by WYG.
He said: “All our core services have benefited from this upturn, particularly our management services, transport, town planning, urban design and environmental planning teams".
