WSP appoints former Network Rail planning chief

Consultancy WSP has appointed Anne Dugdale as technical director in its planning advisory business.

A chartered town planner and formerly rail operator Network Rail’s head of consents for the Transpennine Route Upgrade, Dugdale will lead on WSP’s work with rail clients.

WSP said that Dugdale’s appointment increases the total number of its UK town planners to 60 people.
