Developer appoints land and planning partner

Developer William H Brown’s land and new homes division has appointed Graham Bloomfield as land and planning partner.

As the first planner in the business, Bloomfield is set to lead the company’s residential planning services, working with clients across the East of England.

As a chartered town planner with more than 17 years of experience, Bloomfield was formerly an associate director at planning consultancy DLP Planning.

In his new role, Bloomfield will promote land, submit planning applications for new housing developments and advise on land value and development potential.
