Growth demands and work on a new spatial framework for Greater Manchester have led a council to seek to expand its planning team.

Wigan Council says its “ambitions for growth and great places” and its ongoing work on the development of the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework have led it to create an additional post in its planning team.

It is seeking a new principal planner in its strategic planning team.
