Wedlake Bell lawyers

Law firm Wedlake Bell has appointed two new lawyers to its commercial property and planning team.

Christopher Tite and Louise Gowman have both joined the practice as partners from Lawrence Graham.

Gowman specialises in the consenting, development and financing of infrastructure projects.

For the past 20 years she has advised ports on projects, financings, development control and marine licensing.

Tite has expertise in transport infrastructure, particularly the ownership, development and operation of ports.

Both are co-founders of UK Port Advisers, an integrated consultancy which handles projects and transactions in that sector.

Martin Arnold, managing partner at Wedlake Bell, said: “We are delighted that Christopher Tite and Louise Gowman have joined the firm. This places us in a strong position to realise our future growth plans across key practice areas.”
