Vail Williams recruits Holloway to Crawley team

Suzanne Holloway Vail WilliamsProperty consultancy Vail Williams has appointed Suzanne Holloway as an associate in its planning team.

Holloway joins the firm from Crawley Borough Council, where she worked as principle planning officer.

She will take responsibility for regional business development, planning advice and site assessments for land supply.

Peter Sudworth, regional managing partner in the Crawley office, said that Holloway has “significant experience of negotiation and development delivery, working with investors and key stakeholders, as well as resident groups and elected members which will be a real boost to the Vail Williams regional team.”

In her previous role, Holloway was lead advisor on section 106 agreements and Community Infrastructure Levy matters, led on site assessments for land supply relating to the potential expansion of Gatwick Airport and advised local business groups on liaison with key infrastructure providers.
