Urban Splash appoints land director

Developer Urban Splash has announced the appointment of David Warburton as land director.
Warburton joins from government housing agency Homes England, having spent the last two years on secondment at the West Midlands Combined Authority.
Urban Splash said Warburton, a chartered planner, will lead on the firm’s “aggressive land acquisition strategy” which has seen the company take on more than 20 new sites in recent years.
