U+I appoints planning director

Developer U+I has appointed Malcolm Hockaday as planning director.
Hockaday joins U+I from consultancy Lichfields where he was a senior director.
His new role at U+I will involve monitoring major regeneration projects in London, Manchester and Dublin, alongside general planning policy and strategy advice.
