Turley appoints new Midlands planning chief

Consultancy Turley has promoted Angela Reeve to become its new director, head of planning for the Midlands.
The firm said that Reeve, who was previously a director, will lead the Midlands planning team, taking over from Mat Jones who will continue in his capacity as senior director.
