Turley announces promotion and two appointments

Consultancy Turley has announced a senior promotion in its Scottish planning team and a series of new planning appointments.

Kate Donald, who has been with Turley since 2015, has been promoted to associate director.

Meanwhile, Mary McCabe and Alex Mead have been appointed as planner and assistant planner respectively.

All three are based in the firm's Edinburgh office.
