Troy Planning appoints senior planner

Consultancy Troy Planning + Design has appointed a new senior planner at its Manchester office.
Thomas O'Kane is a chartered town planner and has worked in both the private and public sectors in Leeds and Greater Manchester.
He joins from Urban Vision in Salford, which is a a joint venture partnership between Salford City Council, Capita and Galliford Try.
