Consultancy Tibbalds has appointed Angela Parikh as senior urban planner.

Parikh joins the firm from rival firm DP9, where she had worked since 2008 on residential and mixed-use developments.

Parikh will work on a range of mixed-use schemes in Hackney, Camden and Tower Hamlets boroughs in London, developing planning strategies related to housing and education.

The firm has also promoted Katja Stille to associate director, while Lizzie Cowan and Andrew Vaughan have been promoted to the position of associate.

Hilary Satchwell, director at Tibbalds, said: “Angela’s appointment and the promotions further demonstrate our commitment to growth and the development of our services.”
