Tibbalds appoints associate

Consultancy Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design has appointed Richard Crutchley to its team as an associate.

According to Tibbalds, Crutchley has previously held roles as principal planner at the London Borough of Camden – where he was the lead planner preparing and consulting upon the Gospel Oak strategic framework – and the London Borough of Hounslow where he undertook a green belt review and prepared the issues paper for the West of the Borough Plan, completing the process to adoption of the Borough Local Plan.

Tibbalds said that Crutchley will “strengthen the practice’s capability in planning policy and strategies, neighbourhood planning, design guidance, design advice, and area based regeneration”.
