Architecture, planning and engineering consultancy IBI Group has bolstered its planning and regeneration team with three new recruits.

Mark Graham joins as an associate regeneration planner from the Dar Al-Handasah consultancy, where he was senior urban planner, working on projects including a national zoning code for Kuwait.

Previously, he worked for consultancy Halcrow, where he spent spells on secondment to National Rail and Perth & Kinross Council.

He has a bachelors in town and regional planning from University of Dundee, a master of arts in urban design from Leeds Metropolitan University, and has been a chartered planner since 2010.

Katy Barry (pictured left) joins as a planner from Stoke City Council, where she held an equivalent position. She also worked as an assistant planning officer for Lancaster City Council, and has a masters in town and regional planning from the University of Liverpool.

Katie Daniels (pictured right) also becomes a planner, after working as a graduate transport planner at consultancy Jacobs. She has a masters in town and country planning from University of Manchester.
