TEM Property recruits Clarke

Carol Clarke at TEM PropertyProperty management firm TEM Property has appointed Carol Clarke as its new head of planning and engagement.

Clarke joins the firm from Peter Brett Associates, where she was a senior associate planner, working on schemes for clients including clothing chain Next and housebuilder Bloor Homes.

Her new role will involve providing strategy and delivery advice for commercial, residential and agricultural clients.

Henry Brooks, director at parent company Tatton Estate Management, said that the company has a number of projects in the pipeline, including a number for changes of use, green belt housing allocations and a science park.

Clarke previously worked at HOW Planning after joining the firm as a graduate and leaving as an associate.

She is also an RTPI assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence qualification.

She has a master’s of planning from the University of Manchester.
