Surrey council appoints new head of planning

Epsom & Ewell Borough Council has announced several appointments, including a new head of planning.
The Surrey council has appointed Ruth Ormella as its new new head of planning. Ormella joined the local authority from Portsmouth City Council.
Meanwhile, Mehdi Rezaie and Martin Holley have been appointed planning development managers.
