Strutt & Parker appoints new national head of planning

Strutt & Parker – one of property consultancy BNP Paribas’ real estate consultancies – has appointed a new national head of planning.

James Firth to has been promoted from his previous role as head of Chelmsford planning.

Iain Halls has stepped into the role of deputy head of national development and planning, while Richard Foxon has become deputy head of national development.

Meanwhile, parent firm BNP Paribas Real Estate is also bringing together its London-based transactions, planning and consultancy experts into one development team.

The team will work under the head of London development and planning, Paul Nicholls, who joined the firm in the autumn.

Victoria Seal has been promoted to deputy head of London development and planning.

“By focusing our development services as a dedicated team, our clients will get the benefit of greater in-depth analysis from a wider range of experts across market sectors but with a single point of contact,” said Nicholls.
