Indigo expands at board level

Consultancy Indigo Planning has appointed a new director to its board at its central London office to help meet London's growth agenda.

Nick Belsten joins from CBRE and brings more than 18 years’ experience on major residential-led mixed-use developments mainly in central London.

He told Planning: “We are seeing growth but it will continue only if we create the right type of housing that moves market demand. This includes affordable, student accommodation and other types.”

Belsten's appointment follows Indigo Planning’s addition of former Sainsbury’s town planning manager Andrew Pepler to its board earlier this year.
