St Modwen’s appoints new planning director

Developer St Modwen’s has promoted a planner to director in its strategic land and regeneration team.

Dinny Shaw, who has worked at the firm since 2018, has been promoted from senior planning manager to planning director.

Shaw has previously worked at planning consultancy Boyer as an associate director, and before that as a principal planner at property consultancy GVA. She was also a senior planner for the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea opportunity area at Wandsworth Council, where she spent more than eight years.

Shaw has a degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Westminster.
