St. Modwen appoints senior strategic land and planning director

Developer St. Modwen has appointed a new senior director for strategic land and planning.

James Lidgate will take on the post. He has formerly worked for the homes division of insurance group Legal & General, and housebuilder CALA Homes.

St. Modwen said that its strategic land and regeneration team “focuses on promoting and master-developing new residential communities, including releasing land for house-building and other housing tenures, as well as delivering transformational regeneration projects”.
