Senior council planner on secondment at MHCLG

Planner Shelly Rouse has just started a secondment at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) in its planning policy and reform team. Rouse is being loaned to MHCLG from her current role as principal planner at the Local Government Association’s Planning Advisory Service (PAS).

Her role at PAS is itself a secondment from her position as a senior planner at Canterbury City Council.
