Savills appoints Cambridge director

Savills has appointed Paul Rowland as director of its Cambridge planning team.

Rowland moves from Bedford Borough Council, where he was assistant director for planning and strategic housing.

According to Savills, while at Bedford, Rowland was responsible for the delivery of all planning and related functions, including development management, planning policy, building control, heritage and compliance.
