Development consultancy Peter Brett Associates (PBA) has appointed Kiran Rushe as a director in its planning team.
Chartered planner Rushe joins the company from property adviser Dalton Warner Davis, where he was a partner.
He will work on the development PBA’s planning practice, including an expansion of development planning services.
Rushe worked as principal planner at the London Borough of Hillingdon between 1989 and 1999, where he dealt with a number of applications related to Heathrow Airport.
He was then a partner at Lichfield Planning from 1999-2006.
Rushe gained a bachelors degree in geography from Queen’s University Belfast before completing a post graduate diploma in town and country planning from the same institution.
