Rural Solutions announces promotion

Consultancy Rural Solutions has promoted senior planner Shelley Coffey to associate director.
The firm said that Coffey has worked at Rural Solutions since 2012. She is based in Skipton, North Yorkshire (pictured).
Coffey was previously a senior planning officer at Pendle Borough Council.
