RPS appoints new Birmingham planner

Consultancy RPS has appointed a new principal planner in its Birmingham office.
Lucy Yates has joined the team from consultancy Barton Willmore, where she was a senior planner.
Yates’ previous experience includes six years at Worcestershire County Council, and an in-house role with a private sector developer.
