RPS appoints associate planning director

Consultancy RPS has appointed Katherine Putnam as an associate planning director.

Putnam joins from consultancy Chartway Group where she was head of planning. Prior to that she was planning manager at housebuilder Persimmon Homes. 

She is based in Manchester.
