RPS announces new associate director and two promotions

Consultancy RPS has appointed Ben Borthwick as an associate director of town planning at its London office.

Borthwick joins from consultancy Barton Willmore and has also worked previously at Deloitte and Turley.

RPS has also announced that Abraham Laker has been promoted to senior associate director. In addition, Jonathan Waugh has been promoted to associate director. Both are chartered planners and are based in London.
