Richborough promotes to meet housing push

Land promotion business Richborough Estates has made a key promotion.

Steve Louth (pictured) has been promoted from regional manager to regional director to head up business development and delivery in the region. 

Louth joined Richborough two years ago and previously worked as a local authority planning officer and a consultant for BNP Paribas and Turley Associates in Birmingham.

“We currently have land that will deliver about 10,000 dwellings in the short-term", said joint managing director Karl Parkinson-Witte.

“So we look forward to working with our consultant teams and land agents to deliver these projects.”
