Richborough Estates appoints regional manager

Specialist land promotion business Richborough Estates has appointed a regional manager to support its business growth in the Midlands.

Steve Louth has been appointed to manage existing and find new land opportunities, with a particular focus on the East Midlands.

In his new role Louth will be responsible for the preparation, management and delivery of a range of major planning applications, working for residential clients including Miller Homes, Radleigh Group and Bellway Homes.  

Paul Campbell, director at Richborough Estates said: “[Steve] has all the attributes of someone who can successfully manage a project from start to finish.”

Louth previously worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate and Turley Associates in Birmingham. He has worked on commercial and industrial schemes around the UK for major clients, including Centrica plc and Royal Mail Group.
