Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners to open its first Scottish office
Growth in commercial and retail work in Scotland has prompted a planning consultancy to open its first office north of the border.
Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners (NLP) is due to cut the ribbon on its Edinburgh base in May. Planning director Nicola Woodward (pictured) has been appointed to head up the office.
NLP recently helped secure planning permissions for new De Vere Hotel schemes in Edinburgh and Glasgow, and has worked for Marks & Spencer across Scotland over the last 20 years.
Managing director James Fennell told Planning: “We have been considering this move for a while, having secured an increasing number of appointments from new and existing clients in Scotland.
