Real estate firm appoints new planning partner

Real estate Gerald Eve has announced the appointment of a new partner in its planning team.
Julia Chowings leaves her previous role as planning executive at property developer British Land to join the firm.
Her previous roles include independent consultant at planning consultancy Brunel Planning, associate partner at real estate firm Colliers and partner at property firm Deloitte Real Estate, where she spent 15 years.
Chowings graduated with a degree in town planning from the University of Sheffield.
