Rapleys appoints Birmingham planning chief

Consultancy Rapleys has appointment a new partner to lead the planning team at the firm’s Birmingham office.

Tony Clements joins from GL Hearn, where he spent the last three years leading the firm’s regional planning teams.

According to Rapleys, previous projects worked on by Clements include the DP World London Gateway Container Port for Shell and P&O Ports, and the Barton Farm 2,000-home urban extension to Winchester for CALA Homes.

Rapleys opened its Birmingham office in 2016.
