Rapleys has announced three appointments across its offices in London and Edinburgh.

The consultancy has announced that Olivia St-Amour (above) has joined the firm's London office from RPS/CgMs as a senior planner.

Rapleys said that St-Amour will provide planning consultancy advice to clients, promote development sites through local plan representations and grow client connections.

St-Amour will be joined in the London office Alistair Bledowski who moves from DLP Planning to become a senior planner.

According to Rapleys, Bledowski brings experience of working on schemes including residential, agricultural and employment developments.

Meanwhile, in the firm’s Edinburgh office, David Costello has been appointed as a planner. Costello graduated from Manchester University in 2013 and joins the firm from Green Cat Renewables.

He has experience in planning applications related to landfill and mineral extraction as well as environmental planning for EIA, Rapleys said.

Robert Clarke, senior partner of Rapleys, said: “I am delighted to welcome these new recruits to our thriving town planning practice.

"Taken together, their appointments further reflect our commitment to bringing new talent into the firm, furthering our strategy for growth and our commitment to developing and enhancing our market-leading offering to clients.”
